What is a CV Axle ?
CV Axle is also called drive shaft, which refers to the shaft that transmits torque between the gearbox reducer and the drive wheel.
There is a universal joint at the inner and outer ends respectively leading to the splines on the universal joint, the reducer gear and the hub bearing circle connection. CV Axle is to transfer power between the differential and the drive wheels.
